Honor has been approved by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (License# E.0500777).  She is a member of the C.G. Jung Association of Central Ohio and the Ohio Counseling Association.  She received her Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Counseling from The Athenaeum of Ohio, Mount St. Mary’s seminary of the West in 2006, and is a certified Spiritual Director.  Honor has practiced in a variety of settings, including Community Mental Health, Private Practice, and with The Counseling Source, providing mental health treatment in local nursing facilities.  Honor is a person- centered therapist, whose experience includes working with adolescents through the geriatric population.

PERSONAL

Honor comes from a large family and is one of nine children. She is married and enjoys a large blended family of 7 children and 7 grandchildren.  Three of her children, and one son in law, are active members of the Military. She is an active member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish and has served on a variety of ministries throughout her adult life. She enjoys outdoor activities, including; jogging, biking, golf, swimming, and gardening. She loves learning and the Arts.
