Deena is licensed by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a Social Worker (License# S.2512798). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Miami University and is pursuing her Master’s in Social Work from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Deena previously worked as a case manager for children services where she gained experience working with a broad range of ages and life situations. She has also served as a hospice companionship volunteer helping patients and families navigate end of life.

Deena has the goal to provide a welcoming and non-judgmental therapeutic atmosphere. She is happy to integrate spirituality into counseling if clients are interested.

Personal

Deena is married and she and her husband recently welcomed their first child. Deena loves being
outside and enjoys hiking, running, spending time with friends, the arts, and watching her beta
fish. Deena is a member at St. Mary Church in Delaware.
