David has been approved by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a Licensed Professional Counselor (License# C.2204351). David holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and History from the University of Oregon. Before entering the mental health field, David worked as a job developer helping those with disabilities find employment. He is a member of the American Counseling Association, and the Ohio Counseling Association.

 David is passionate about helping others work through their challenges and discover their strengths. He utilizes a variety of counseling approaches including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and spirituality. David works with adults of all ages and has particular experience working with college students going through various life transitions.

David enjoys spending quality time with friends, listening to classical music, spending time in the outdoors, and playing board games. He is also deeply involved in his Catholic faith and loves spending time in prayer, building faith community, and learning about theology.
