Contact us at 614-442-7650 to schedule an appointment.  Your call will be received by our voicemail system and one of our Intake team members will return your call within 24 hours Monday through Friday.

You will be asked to provide your name, address, date of birth, contact phone number(s), the name of your insurance company if you will be using insurance, which of our locations is most convenient for you, and a brief description of why you are seeking counseling.  This information is used to connect you with one of our clinicians who can best assist you with your counseling need.

Day, evening, and a limited number of Saturday appointments are available.  Clinicians manage their own schedules and counseling sessions are by appointment only.

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Therefore, we ask that you contact your Clinician directly and kindly give 24 hours advance notice in the event you need to cancel your appointment.  A cancellation fee may apply for appointments cancelled without 24 hour notice or if you are a no-show for an appointment. To cancel an appointment, please call 614-442-7650 and listen for your Clinician’s extension.
